Concern tak tentang supplement for our child? As for me sendiri, tak amik apa2 supplement pun sebab aku tak suka makan ubat or pills.. Hehe.. Tapi, bila kite tak suka, tak bolehlah treat anak kite macam tu jugak, kan? There is no compromy in ensuring our child health.. Kena make sure anak kite dapat makanan yang seimbang yang diperlukan oleh badan dia.. Lebih2 lagi sekarang ni is a growing up phase for them.. Am I sound like a dietician? Hihi.. No lah, this is just my opinion.. This entry bukan berbayar pun.. Hehe..

Mulanya, aku pun tak terfikir sangat fasal supplement untuk Haikal ni.. Haikal is not a fussy eater either, dia makan apa aje.. Yang menjadi concern ialah sekarang ni dia makan sikit.. Tak luak sangat pun.. Lebihnya banyak nak main.. Cedok2 nasi pakai sudu, sudahnya tertangkup mangkuk dia tu.. Huhu.. Lepas tu, bila lapar dia makan benda lain macam maruku (musim raya ni ada maruku kat rumah), cocoa crunch, biscuits, chocolate and sometimes junk food.. So, bila keadaan macam ni, aku fikir is he getting sufficiant nutrient from the food he eats? Maybe, sometimes YES and most of the time, NO.. :( Cuma yang okaynya dia minum susu banyak jugak during day time, so, aku tak berapa risau sangat..

Nak dijadikan cerita.. Dalam terfikirkan tentang anak yang kurang nak makan sekarang, semalam lepas balik breakfast terlalu depan booth Blackmores di LG Midvalley.. Terus aku stuck kat situ.. Tanya2 kat promoter, then aku beli Blackmores Multivitamins + Minerals For Kids.. Haikal pun dah ada geraham, memang okaylah chewable vitamins like this.. Dia pun tak suka sangat makan yang syrup based.. Kalau makan ubat, macam terpaksa je, lepas tu buat goyang badan geli-geli dia tu.. hehe..

2 bottles for only RM48.88.. okay kan? Ada 120 tablets semuanya, tahan 3 bulan sebab sehari sebiji sahaja.. Yang bestnya time promotion ni, setiap pembelian RM40 dapat RM10 Guardian voucher.. But the voucher is valid only for 7 days from the purchase date…

Balik rumah, aku excited nak bagi kat Haikal sebiji.. So, aku tunjukkanlah sebotol kat dia.. That was a very wrong decision, actually.. huhu..

Why I said so? Lepas makan sebiji, dia melalak-lalak nak lagi.. huhu.. Tak sampai hati aku tengok, tapi aku tetap tak bagi.. Distract him with something else.. Lama-lama dia diam.. Tapi, lepas tu dia teringat balik, tunjuk ke cabinet tempat aku simpan vitamins tu.. huhu

Melalak, tapi dalam mulut ada lagi vitamin.. Tak abis kunyah pun..

Mintak simpati.. huhu..

Starting from today, kena bagi sebiji saja setiap hari without showing him the rest… hehe.. I know he will love this vitamin.. Sebab manis and fruity.. :)

Mommies out there, maybe you can try this vitamins on your kids too. Ada banyak brand lain jugak kat luar sana, pun boleh jugak.. Yang penting anak kite membesar dengan sihat dan bijak.. InsyaAllah..

First Timer: Kenko Fish Spa, Midvalley..

Recently, I have won a voucher for fish spa.. It was good to know that the spa is here in Midvalley.. Because of that, I kept on delaying on redeeming the voucher.. huhu..

Thinking that I won’t be able to go this week due to whole week training in Bangi, I decided to redeem it on last Friday.. The voucher is valid until 9 October, which I think there will be not much time for me after this week.. I will be going for another outstation on 4th to 6th October.. Busy kalah PM! haha..

Last week, after having lunch with my friends, I have got nothing else to do.. Browsing a shopping complex alone is not fun at all, you know! Except if I have something I aim to buy.. But, I already got used to it, anyway.. :P So, I had the idea to go to the spa.. It was 2.00pm at that time, I have 30 mins before office hour started..

After entering the spa, I was instructed to take off my shoes, wash my feet and spray some liquid on my leg.. Then, I was allowed to seat anywhere I like and enjoyed the fish treatment.. There were few kolam with different type of fish.. So, I tried one after another.. My first feeling is GELI SANGAT! haha.. It was because the fish were big..

  I’m not good at taking my own photo.. Jadi, cannot syok sendiri.. haha..

Small fish.. Better! Tak geli sangat :P

This place is very relaxing.. Good to escape from busy work at office..

That was totally a fun experience for me.. Sekejap2 tergelak sendiri, sebab geli.. hihi.. But, I think there will be no more fish spa after this if happen I have to take out my own pocket money.. kehkeh.. Gile kedekut.. haha..

Note: Hari tu konon nak join satu contest ni, nak menang luxury handbag.. Sekali tu kena beli banyak ubat gigi.. huhu.. Aku beli satu je, jadi harapan tipislah.. :P

Petronas, Shell & Esso RON95.. Which One Gives You More Kilometers?

Believe me or not, I have tried these 3 petrol brands on my car one after another and experimented it myself to see which one can give me more kilometers.. For me, seeing is believing! Sounds like an engineer, hmm? Engineer cabuk.. haha..

Actually, one of my friend told me that she had used Petronas and it lasted longer rather than Shell. Aku ni tak percayalah.. Itu yang pergi try sendiri.. hehe.. Sebab selama ni aku pakai Shell.. Despite the Bonuslink point, konon memang selalu teringat fasal iklan Shell yang selalu mention about “lebih kilometer”.. hehe..

From my experiment, with Petronas (full tank) my can drove up to 420km – 435km.. Aku guna petrol sampai indicator blink-blink and keep on driving for about 20++ more kms.. Oh ya, aku pakai Myvi Auto 1.3 .. Then, with Esso, only can go up to 385km.. And to my surprise, Shell pun macam tu jugak.. Around 380km aje.. So, sekarang ni, kalau nak isi full tank, memang aku pilih Petronas.. Kalau isi RM10, mana2 pun boleh. Tak banyak beza pun.. hehe.. Agaknya Petronas ni boleh pergi “jauh” sebab their new formulation dalam Petronas Primax 95 Extra tu, kot? Just my assumption, by the way.. :)

Apapun, this is meant for sharing.. As consumer, we have our right to choose.. Kalau tak percaya, you can experiment it yourself.. Kalau boleh jimat, lebih baik berjimat, kan? Petrol naik harga, tapi gaji tak naik-naik.. hehe..

The New Blender In My Kitchen..

Sedih tak tengok rupa penutup blender aku begini? Macam kena gigit tikus pun ada.. haha.. Blender aku dah worn out teruk, menunjukkan tuannya rajin memasak.. kehkeh..

Mana taknya, guna dari zaman bujang dulu sampai sekarang.. Memang dah tiba masanya untuk tukar baru.. Keluar masuk kedai survey blender tapi tak beli-beli.. Last 2 weeks pergi OU, masuk dan survey kat Best Denki.. Sekali tu promoter cakap better beli this one.. RM79 instead of retail RM139.. Dia cakap display set, tapi baru je letak situ.. So, check2 okay aje conditionnya, totally looks new.. Terus beli.. We will see how long this blender will last for.. hehe..

I’m presenting my new blender.. Aku selalu guna blender sebab my favourite is sambal.. Blender cili sokmo kite.. :P

Cheque For Answering GlobalTestMarket Surveys...

Pernah dengar tak GlobalTestMarket? Aku dah join lama dulu, but never talk about it in my blog.. Sebabnya, aku tak mahulah cakap2 tapi takde bukti yang aku betul2 dapat duit dengan jawab survey2 ni..

Actually, it took quite so long for me to redeem the points.. Yelah, setiap survey hanya dapat markah between 5 - 60 points.. So, memang lama nak nak tunggu sampai 1000 points and baru boleh redeem.. Tapi, I just take it easy.. Bila ada invitation jawab survey, barulah jawab.. Kalau takde, takdelah.. Jawab punya jawab lama2 cecah jugak the minimum amount to cash out..

Tak sangka cepat juga cheque sampai.. The 1000 points equivalent to USD50.. Sangat okay, kan? Siapa yang nak bagi duit percuma, kan?
