Remember my previous post about my disappointment when shopping at Tesco Ampang? Not only complaining in my blog, I also sent them email regarding this.. And, after a few days, they reply me with these feedback..

We, as a customer we do expect good services, quality etc from the store we visited.. I hope they will improve their services in the future so that they can make the customers happy..
